Turkey SHY — Passenger Regulation

Flights departing Turkish airports, or flights to Turkey on Turkish carriers.

Delay 2+ hrs (domestic), 3–4+ hrs (international), cancellation and denied boarding.

Domestic from €100 · International €250 – €600

Applies in addition, not instead. The Montreal Convention sits on top of whichever regional regulation covers your flight — it does not replace EU261, UK261 or the others. It specifically governs baggage that is lost, delayed or damaged.
