Flights departing Turkish airports, or flights to Turkey on Turkish carriers.

Domestic from €100 · International €250 – €600

Applies in addition, not instead. The Montreal Convention sits on top of whichever regional regulation covers your flight — it does not replace EU261, UK261 or the others. It specifically governs baggage that is lost, delayed or damaged.

Most international flights worldwide, regardless of which regional regulation also applies to the route.

Lost, delayed or damaged baggage; passenger injury or death.
